The menu
The menu on the left holds Today, This week, All tasks, Inbox, Notebooks and Ideas at the top, then each of your jobs in its own color, then Home. Settings and backup sits at the bottom with the weekly review and any archived jobs, and the line under it shows whether your changes have synced and opens your account.
On a phone, the Jobs button in the bottom bar opens the same menu.
Quick add and search
The plus button, or the N key on a computer, opens quick add from any page. The search bar at the top, opened with Ctrl K or the slash key, finds anything you have written and jumps to any page, and the question mark key opens a help window that lists the shortcuts.
One room for each job
A job opens to an Overview and a row of tabs, in the job's own color. Jobs, rooms and changing hats explains what each tab holds.
