Start your trial
Many Hats runs in the browser on your computer or your phone, with nothing to install. Start the 14 day trial on the sign-up page with your email address, and we'll email you a link that signs you in. Open it on the same device within 15 minutes. There's no password, and the trial needs no card.
On a phone, you can put Many Hats on your home screen from the browser's share or menu button.
The first screen
The first time it opens, the app asks what to call you and how you'd like to start. Start with an example setup builds a few example jobs and a home, and Start blank gives you an empty app to fill one job at a time.
If you'd like something to look at first, tick the box for sample tasks and events. When you're done with them, Clear the sample data on Today removes them and keeps anything you added yourself.
Make it yours
You can change or remove any job a setup creates and add your own from the left menu. When you add a job you can describe the work in a sentence, and the app suggests a setup that you can adjust before you start. Change a job, the menu or the order has the details.
Your information
Your jobs and notes sync to your account and appear on each device where you sign in with the same email address. Synced information is encrypted when it travels and when it is stored. Your account, devices and backups covers the subscription and signing in on another device.
