Refunds

You can ask for a refund of a subscription payment within 30 days of the payment.

How to ask

Contact support@manyhats.work from your account address with the date of the payment, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle issues the refund to the payment method you used.

Canceling

You can cancel from your account or by writing to support@manyhats.work, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. The app then stops. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

The free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card, and it becomes a paid plan only if you subscribe. If you do not subscribe, the app stops when the trial ends.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the law where you live, including any right to cancel a distance purchase.
