One room for each job
Each job opens to an Overview and a row of tabs. The Overview shows what is coming up, the active projects, the latest notebook pages, the regular work that job asks of you and when each piece is next due, the things you are waiting on other people for, and a few fresh ideas for that kind of work.
Responsibilities
Regular work lives on the Responsibilities tab, which lists what you're on the hook for in that job and how often, such as every week or every month, with the date each one is next due.
Change hats
When you change hats with the Wearing button at the top, the app asks where you left off in the job you're leaving and shows that note again when you come back.
If you like to give each weekday a main job, Settings has a section called Which job on which day, and Today mentions the plan in its greeting.
What the tabs include
The tabs depend on the kind of work you choose for a job, and any tab can be added to any job.
- Work for clients can have projects, learning paths, time tracking with billable entries, and recaps and briefs.
- Work that moves through stages can have a content pipeline board with approval stages, and playbooks that turn a plan into dated tasks.
- Shift work can have on call, clients, and skills and training. On call, skills and training explains them.
- Home and family has meals, chores, household and bills, and your village. Home and family explains them.
