Today
Today brings every job together on one page, with the left column listing what is on the calendar and what is due, grouped by job and colored to match. The right column holds a heads-up list, a strip showing the week ahead with the heavy days marked, one idea for the day, an energy rating and a count of what you have finished so far this week.
The top three
Choose up to three tasks from any job for your top three, or press Pick for me and Many Hats chooses what is due soonest.
A good enough day
On a heavy day, press Good enough day and Today trims itself to your top three and a few small wins, which are tasks you gave an estimate of fifteen minutes or less. The rest stays out of sight until you turn it off.
Energy
The energy rating runs from Drained to Great. After three low days in a row the app suggests a lighter week, and your ratings over the last seven days show how the week has been going.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours, in Settings, tuck away the heads-up list and the red counts while you're off the clock, and one tap brings everything back.
